anyone NOT on prenatals?
When I had severe MS my dr took me off prenatals and put me on flintstones. 22 weeks later Ive been asking the dr to go back and he says that flintstones is just fine.

Re: anyone NOT on prenatals?
I haven't been on them since second trimester. I broke out in a huge rash, then went off them and it went away. The doc told me to take Flinstones.
I felt like I was depriving the baby of nutrients so I switched back on my own a few weeks later and sure enough, back came the rash. So, it's been Flinstones ever since. My doc says they are unnecessary if you eat right anyway. Hope this helps.

This is the very same situation I was in. The first trimester I was on prenatals (i also believe it was Premesis) that had the minimum of what I should take in folic acid and other essentials - no iron, etc - because my M/S was so bad.
Then after week 14 when I was feeling better, they switched me to PrimaCare One .. PLUS I am now taking an addition iron supplement since I'm anemic. It's doing a number on my stomach also and also bad headaches
But if you are having a reaction to any prenatals, usually a multivitamin with extra folic acid and a good diet is sufficient
