Drinking on Stims?
I have not started my IVF meds yet, still on BCP. But, I will be on them when my birthday comes in July. A friend that knows all I'm going through and that I've been down, is organizing a birthday dinner for me. Not all that are invited know what's going on and I don't feel like telling them at this point. I don't want everyone knowing where I am in the IVF cycle and then knowing what day I will get my Beta. It's too much pressure to have everyone waiting for the news. So, my question is will I be able to have a glass or two of wine when on the meds? If I don't, everyone will think I'm preggo since it's my bday. TIA!!

I missed your replies on this somehow! Thanks for your responses. When I tried naturally and on Clomid I didn't stop drinking, but this is my first time using stronger meds and injectibles and wasn't sure if that changed anything. Thank you!

i believe that drinking heavily makes pregnancy happen.
look at teen mom and jerry springer shows.
 
no but in reality.... i dont drink except socially or birthdays.
so have a few drinks and enjoy!!!

Thanks ladies! Considering I was still on BCP through today I know there isn't much going on. Stims don't start until mid to late next week now - I O'd on the Pill and everything is pushed back - gotta love your body! Only on Lupron and will be having some drinks for the bday  ! Hopefully the last ones for 9/10 months! Wishful and hopeful thinking, right!
