When would you contact your doctor?

As I've been posting, I am now on day 44 of this cycle, no AF and all BFN. I came off the pill in February, and have had two periods so far, one cycle was 39 days and then 33 days. I thought my shortening cycles meant my body was regulating, I guess not yet.

I used an OPK this month and got a smiley on CD 17. I have not been temping. I was due to get AF over a week ago, still nothing.

Soooo... when should I call my doctor to see what's going on? Her office is pretty tough to get appts with, I have one in September for a regular check up, but I don't want to wait until then. Should I call now? Wait another week? Help!

Can you call and speak with her? Tell her what is going on and your concerns and see what she says???

I would call your doctor and see what they tell you. I wouldn't wait on this. I myself am getting frustrated myself. Have you had a complete blood work done recently? Have you been checked for PCOS? If you are stressed it can affect your cycle coming. I think by now your cycle should of come! Please keep me updated!!!!

I called and left a message with the receptionist, who then told me that my doctor isn't going to get the message until Friday because she's at the hospital. Is this normal? I am so over this office - I really need to switch.

I agree it may be time to look for a new doctor. I hated how I was treated by my dr but I also knew I had other issues they would not address so I started seeing an RE
