3ww for me
Isnt it just GREAT??????
I mean 2 weeks is bad enough, but 3????
I O'd on CD8. So I get a 20 day "2WW".
Dont you JUST envy me. This is gonna suck.

If you ovulated on CD 8 you can still test 10-12 later. Your LP doesn't get longer if you ovulate earlier.

Mine was 18 days last month, 21 the month before that and it looks like 14 this month. I feel your pain. Were you on birth control bf ttc because per my dr that's why mine is so irregular.

Even WITH a long LP, if you caught the egg when you ovulated on CD8, you'd still test + on a pregnancy test long before the end of your cycle.

I just looked back at some of your revious posts. A + on and OPK does not mean you are ovulating, it means your body is gearing up to O in the next day or so. So if you did ovulate, you likely didn't do it until CD9 or 10.
If you want a FANTASTIC tutorial on cycles and charting, go to fertilityfriend.com. They have a great, very user friendly way of explaining cycles- much less dry than the Taking Charge of Your Fertility book.

Yup. Used OPK......
Then I guess I'm wrong......
I actually thought that if your cycle is 28 days then your cyle IS 28 days.
So what you are all saying is that I will have, ABOUT, a 12-14 day LP cutting my cycle down this month by about 5 days?
The LP is about 14 days regardless of when you

Honestly? My cycles have been SOOOOO spot on I never really thought about anything. I always tested on CD 11 (Sunday for me). I get AF on Friday. So the NEXT sunday I start testing just to check.
This month I would not have bothered except I saw CM. I was like huh but tested with OPK and got on CD8. So yes. I OVULATED on CD9 or 10.
Sorry to confuse everyone. I was just SHOCKED at the on CD8.
I have been off BCP for about a year to answer someone elses Q.
I also think/know I had SOMETHING happen about 2 months ago. We think I had a fertalized egg that never took, and maybe that threw off my hormes or something.
You all are amazing on education and knowledge. THANK YOU!!!
