when do AF cramps start?
I know everyone's different but since I have PCOS, I have never had a normal cycle. This cycle is SLIGHTLY normal in that I ovulated! I'm only 5dpo and starting to feel cramps. Of course it could be any of the meds I'm taking but I was just wondering what is normal for you? (esp those who dont have PCOS)

I don't have PCOS, but I have irregular and somewhat long cycles. Cramps for me start the day I get AF.
The month I got PG with my DS, cramps started about 6 days before AF was suppose to show up.

Im pretty regular usually I get cramps the week before AF comes for a day or two and then the day before and day off too.

I usually start getting light cramps a week before AF arrives.
Actually, for a while I wasn't really tracking my cycles and I would be expecting AF for a week before she actually arrived (because of the cramping) - I kept thinking I was late, but I never was.

Cramping could definitely be a good sign!

for the past two months ive been getting them 4days before af is due
thats new for me
in the past i would get them the day it started
