Thinking ahead....

So DH and I have been talking about where things will go, etc... when we have our LO.
We have a 3 bedroom apt and right now what WILL be the baby's room is our spare/office room. We have no where to put a desk and were thinking of getting a smaller one and having to put it in the baby's room, crazy but considering all the other stuff will be out in our living room babywise it is something we will have to do til we buy a house.

Have you thought about making room for baby?Chat Icon

Yep. We have a 2 bd room apartment and right now the 2nd bedroom is guest/office room. I am in the same dilemma as you with the desk. We have two desk in the 2nd bedroom and once LO comes I will have no clue where to put them. Im thinking of just eliminating my desk and just using my laptop on my lap. Its annoying but its a sacrifice Im willing to make Chat Icon

DH mentioned that but that means buying me a laptop and finding a place to put everything I have in and on my desk. I cant put it in the living room since we will have a lot of baby stuff plus my treadmill. Wish we had a house.

I dont know if this would work for you but we have 2 closets in our MBR, we turned one of them into the office, LOL. We are in a 3BR co-op. Kind of looks like this, just not as "decorated"External Image

Re: Thinking ahead....

We put a dormer on my parents house and converted it to a mother daughter. We have 3 bedrooms. WE talked about it right away which room would be the baby's room because were were getting it painted and wanted a neutral color.
