I did it . . .
I bought an Ovulation Prediction Kit. Answer brand, w/ 20 strips. I bought it @ lunch and tested ~1:30pm.
Does it matter what time I do it? The directions didn't say, just said how to do it.
I'm nervous b/c when we were TTCing for DS, I got PG the 1st month off BCP. We've been trying w/o "trying" (no BCP, no protection, no charting or calculating anything), jut going with the flow since November.
I'm getting frustrated (and older-I'll be 37 in Dec) and DH just cares about BDing and tells me not to "lose it" if it takes a while.
AF was 6/9, so I'm CD9, and 2 diff't websites say I'm most fertile next weekend (6/25), so I figured I'd give these strip things a go.
Here goes nothing . . .

Re: I did it . . .
I test in the morning with FMU and that is when I get my +. Some people test in the afternoon and that is when they get their +. Since it is your first month trying them, maybe test in the morning and the afternoon (try not to drink too much and hold your urine for 4 hours).

Re: I did it . . .
I have strips I ordered online and they say not to use FMU bc your LH peaks in the afternoon. It says not to pee for about 3-4 hours and limit fluids for 2 before doing the test. I usually test when I get home at 3:30. The CBE digitals do say you can use FMU though.
