help me accessorize

this dress


my hair is a short curly bob, and not much I can do with it.

I'm not in love with this dress, but its almost shocking flattering on my short round frame. I've tried everything I could get my hands on and this works better than anything. Its this dress but my seamstress is going to cut it above the knee for me, and it looks so much fresher and younger that way.

I have been staring at earring for 2 hours, I have no clue what I like or don't, what works what doesn't, I need serious guidance.

show me something please

And bracelets? Or necklace? I really have no clue, but I feel this dress needs something to shine.

There is too much going on for a necklace maybe nice earrings and bracelet.
