Can someone tell me what all the abbreviations mean that you use on here. I am new to this site and am not picking them all up.
New this site but not new to the journey been doing this a year, 6 months with meds.

if you look on the top of the screen (under the green bar) there is a link to "Lingo". A lot of the abbreviations are listed there!
