Beer Help !
Please don't Laugh !!!
We are having a party - and I don't know which beer to buy....
Is there an 'everyday' beer?
I know my brother like Artois (sp?)
Do I get a mix of brands?
Your help is appreciated !

We usually buy Heineken Light. Sometimes if we buy two brands, we'll buy Heineken and either Bud Light or Miller Light.

Definitely a light beer like Bud Light, Amstel Light, Miller Light etc. I'd say any beer drinker would drink one of those.

I think Bud Light is the safest beer and a must for a party!But you might want to get that and something else!

it really depends on your crowd and what they like.
I would be stoned for having Bud or any of it's cousins.
we usually have Corona's or Dos Equis with plenty of lime, Stella or Spaten, and a darker beer also. if we are "fancy" maybe some Duvel.
I also LOVE a Blue Moon with oranges in the summer. LOVE LOVE LOVE. and I am not really a beer person.
I roll with some beer snobs though. my BROTHER, God love him, is the one person I stock MGD or Lite for.

I agree...most people drink bud light, and maybe get sam adams or yuenling for a little variety.

Blue Moon and/or Sam Adams Variey Pack, and something light - Miller Light is the preference in my house (unless we can get LaBatt Blue Lights  )

Most people will just drink bud light miller light.
If I'm buying ill buy blue moon, most of the sam adams, amstel light, coronas ect I'm def not a bud fan.

Depends on the weather and who we're inviting
I love the Blue Moon Summer Ales in the summer (when I can drink, but I'm prego now)
we also have a lot of friends who like Guiness. DH and I don't drink it, but we get a case for them.
I'd say your safe with Bud Light, Miller Lite or Amstel. THrow them in a cooler with ice and everyone is happy.

Any light beer. Darker beers can be a bit bitter, it is an acquired taste, so I would be weary of having too much of that around.

This is what I would say. None of my friends like 'light' beer at all. The lightest beer I'll get for a party these days is Heineken regular (can not bottle). I'll usually throw in some jugs of Bluepoint Oatmeal and maybe some Sam Adams or Stella.

it depends on your crowd. with some of my friends, i'd be stoned (to steal pp's phrasing) to have corona, and another crowd only drinks it
depeinding on my crowd, we buy blue moon, corona, bud light or stella artois

I HATE bud light and miller lite. . .so I don't want any of that leftover

Sierra Nevada is another good, drinkable beer that will likely please your Bud drinkers and Craft beer fans equally.
