AF I hate you
The spotting was my usual pre-AF spotting. Temp dropped another 2/10ths of a degree. Not under coverline but on the way and see some blood now.
What's up with this spotting every month though? Is that normal? Starts at 11dpo as brown cm then more on day 12. I feel like I'm always second guessing if AF is really here. Any insight on this?

For the last three cycles i also get pre AF spotting ,Very little and it comes about 2 days before AF gets here. It is so annoying.

My CD1 is also usally brownish spotting, and then CD2-3 are crazy heavy. TMI, I know. Last month AF came so early that when I saw brown spotting, I was hoping it was IB.

Have you ever had your progesterone levels checked? Spotting can be a symptom of low progesterone. It can also be completely normal, though.

exactly what i was going to say
I did and around 7dpo they said it was 15 and the dr said that was great. Honestly though, my temps seemed like they were normal that month only. They had a perfect rise then drop. Every other month was up and down, up and down.

Im so sorry Ive had a few cycles where it was very light spotting. Got my hopes up and it was just AF showing up.

I started spotting before AF as soon as DH and I started TTC. Go figure.  But I do have low progesterone, which is why I spot.

spotting can be a sign of low progesterone if its early in the DPOs, but if you are spotting at 11DPO, i would think its just a normal progesterone drop before AF. i wouldnt be concerned about it unless it starts happening before 10DPO.
