PSA for you TTCers- dental cleanings.
If you haven't gotten a dental cleaning in a while or are due for one, GO NOW.
I'm 18 weeks pregnant and my gums started hurting (a normal possible side effect of pregnancy). I haven't been in a REALLY long time, my own fault.
I went today and they did a cleaning and the pain is like nothing I've ever felt before in my life. I've never had sore gums like this. I almost wish I hadn't gone because the pain is SO much worse now. I don't know if he was part sadist or if it was just that much worse. I'm sitting here with cold water in my mouth to try and numb the hurt.
For your own good, go now.

I have to go to the dentist - and so does Jack. I hate the dentist but this is a really good reminder. Thanks, I will make an appointment

I went to get my wisdom tooth removed for the very reason of being pregnant and having to deal with it while pregnancy and then I got my BFP, go figure. Anyway, I do highly recommended seeing a dentist before getting pregnant.

i went a month ago and got a cleaning and root canal done knowing i'd need it and didn't want to deal wiht it after being pregnant.
if you have dental insurance there's no excuse to not have your cleanings done.
