Talk to me about suppository...
Well I went back to my doc after taking a month off. We are going to try and IUI cycle again with Femera, Gonal-F, Ovidrel and now we are adding progesterone suppositories....Can anyone tell me about them...what to expect ? I am a little nervous about them

i'm doing the crinone suppositories right now. is that what your dr is giving you? they're not that bad. i've heard there can be some leakage so i've been wearing a pad everyday which sucks a little but i figure it will be worth it (hopefully!)

Definitely wear a pantyliner!! I was on them for the first 10 weeks of my pregnancy bc my progesterone was super low. I took it 2x a day.. I'd recommend laying down for 5 minutes after putting it in. As gross as it is, it's well worth it!!

i was told to put in in am bc moving around helps it absorb more for some reason...not bad at all....just ummmm if you dont get pg.... there is lots of leftover white chunks that come out..ewwwww!!!!

i use them at night before bed and i wear a pad...when iw ake up in the morning it feels liek i peed my pants

I put them in at night right before bed and have some leakage in the morning but barely anything during the day. I actually didn't BD at all when using them!

I use Endometrium suppositories, 2x a day. The leaky feeling takes some getting used to  I wear a liner all the time!
I also have the Crinone, for that one you only need to use it one time a day, but AM is suggested.

honestly i never bd'd while on them cause i felt like a chunky funky vagalotapus while i was on them....but you can if you want to..i dont think its bad for you.
and yups i did mine in the am.

I have to take them after O... my dr never told me when to take them last time (so i did what was logical and did them at night to make sure i didnt loose any) and during my m/c i expelled about a 3 in long 1 in wide glob of the Crinone... i dont think it was getting absorbed into my body....
So i will do it in the AM... id rather it absorb properly...

I took them for my first FET transfer and hated them so much that I opted to do the PIO injections for my second FET cycle. I had to do them in the morning and night and just could not deal with the uncomfortable leaky feeling all day long.
