I take these vitimans and has Omega-3 in them. That should be ok, right?

Ive taken Omega-3 while TTC. I dont think theres anything wrong with that. however, once you get your BFP I would consult with the Dr. if its ok to continue.

my prenatal vitamins (OTC one a day brand) are two separate pills, one is a pink pill & the other is a DHA capsule which includes fish oil.

my prescription DHA is made from a fish free source. With OTC you have to check and make sure its been purified of Mercury....it will say on the label if it has been.
