WALL AC NOT WORKING
I have a wall AC that is blowing out air but it is not cold. Does anyone know anyone that i can call to come fix this?
generally how much would it cost to have this fixed?

This is happening to us. My husband called an ac repair guy from the yellow pages. He charged 38 bucks for the call and told us the computer was broken and we would be better off buying a new one.

our wall AC unit crapped out this weekend.....you can get a new one for like $100, so sometimes its not even worth it to have it repaired. Check our Sears, Best Buy and PC Richards, they had some good deals.

You may just need anti-freeze or the filter has to be cleaned...don't think it will cost much.

Really? The cheapest wall AC we found was 269... Maybe we went to the wrong store LOL with installation we paid over 4.

Wall acs are more expensive. If you already have a hole in the wall installation will not be expensive.
PC Richards had a sale for $60 for installation. Jay's appliances the install is $20. You can negotiate more with Jays on the price of the ac but I found them a little expensive.

Agree. Clean or change the filter. It may need freon.
