All three freeze really well..... I keep my leftovers in the freezer for up to a full month.

Meat, uncooked steaks or chops 4 to 12
Meat, uncooked ground 3 to 4
Meat, cooked 2 to 3
Poultry, uncooked whole 12
Poultry, uncooked parts 9
Poultry, uncooked giblets 3 to 4
Poultry, cooked 4
Soups and Stews 2 to 3
Wild game, uncooked 8 to 12

So it seems like you can even keep it for 2 months or longer. I do 1-2 months max mainly because I need to use it within the month if not, I make sure to use it the next. All three dishes you list freeze well.
