yay - buyers signed !
I posted a few weeks ago that we listed our house for sale. We received an offer that weekend, and after some negotiations and inspection, contracts were signed today 
We *should* be signing contracts on our purchase this week too. Everything's happening so fast - fingers crossed that it all continues to go smoothly!!
