vitex and fertile tea?
Do I take it all through my cycle or stop after I Ovulate? Also has anyone had any bad side effects from them

I take vitex, I take it all through my cycle. I've never had any side effects from it.

It's a natural herb that helps women who don't ovulate to do so. It's kind of like clomid but in a natural very slow working way, meaning it can take 6 months of taking it regulary befroe you see any results.
