Dominican Republic All Inclusives
Anyone have any recommendations? And anyone know of anyone that has baby sitter services?

I don't know about the babysitting service, but we went to Excellence Punta Cana for our HM and had the best time. I highly recommend it.

Ditto on Excellence. Love the whole chain! But it's an adults only resort.

We stayed at the Paradisus and had an amazing time, it was beautiful. Not sure if they allow kids or have babysitting services.

this is where we stayed in October...They do have a section with "families with kids" but I am not sure about the services there

Not sure about sitting either... It is adults only so idk if they do that. However, we love excellence. We stayed at their Mexican property and it was the best place I have ever been to. Then we just took a trip to dominican republic and wanted to try a new place. What a mistake! We should have went to excellence again. Instead we did majestic elegance... Not recommended. We got skunked big time. I am still so sad.

We just went to the The Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real. It was great but make sure you get the Family Concierge. They have a huge kids zone that you can drop kids off at and they also have babysitting. Plus all of the rooms are suites and have their own backyard which is nice.

Occidental Allerga Punta Cana- went there a few years ago. They have babysitting services and are very family friendly. Also one of the more reasonable priced.

We loved the Paradisus so much we bought into their vacation club ! Never used the babysitting but know that they have a kids club you can drop off at....
There is actually 2 Paradisus' .....The Paradisus (less fancy but my fave of the 2) and The Paradisus Palma Reale (the newer and more upscale looking) Both beautiful and so much fun for the kids!

Don't feel too bad. DH and I did the Excellence in Mexico and then did Excellence in Punta Cana - Punta Cana was not NEARLY as nice as the Mexico resort. We were totally let down. I probably will never go back to DR again to be honest.

Yep - us too. We are NEVER going back there. Add it to the "I will never step foot on this island again" list with Barbados lol. So far, we will definitely go back to: Jamaica, Mexico, and Hawaii. The definitely NOT list: Barbados and DR. buttttt Bermuda is on the MAYBE list - as beautiful as it was, the people were SO nasty. So, I like IT but not sure if I can stomach the people again. We'll see lol!
