I would call your doctor right away. Mine wouldn't see me until around 8 weeks. I was surprised they didn't want to see me right away to confirm.

I would try to start eating healthy and avoid too much caffeine and definitely no smoking. But anything you've done until now most likely won't affect the baby since it's so early. Definitely take prenatals. You can probably get OTC ones or the doctor can prescribe them for you when you call to schedule an appt.
