Adobe Spice
Does anyone use this?
I mean the sprinkle kind in the jar, not the peppers in sauce in a can.
I really like it sprinkled over cabbage and sauteed and would love to know how else to use it.

I use Adobo in hamburger meat and when I make rice and beans.

I actually make a lentil soup with it.
1 bag yellow lentils
huge pot of water
corn on the cob
potatoes
(You can add some boneless chicken breast cut up)
Bring water and lentils to a boil and season with Adobe until it taste good. (Careful not to over season)
ground back pepper.
Throw in potatoes and corn and let cook down until potatoes are tender. Serve with shredded mexican cheese mix and it's delish.
Also I use it when boiling corn in water. The cob absorbs it and is sooo flippin juicy.
Also good on steamed cauliflower, a teeny bit on buffalo wings.

I use it to make arroz con polllo. Rice and chiclken. It is delicious

I use it on shrimp, chicken, steak and pork with lemon juice - its deelish!
