Water. I grew up with it in oil, but then I got my mom to change. Tastes just as good to me.

Usually in water, but sometimes for a treat, Progresso Italian tuna in olive oil. SO GOOD!!

Water. I've never tried to tuna in oil. Just never appealed to me.

The oil one makes the tuna taste much stronger (imo)
