Looking for a "barbecuer" for backyard party
Ok so barbecuer is not a real word, but we are looking for a person/caterer that we can hire to work the grill at a backyard party. Anyone have a recommendation?

I think Guy Anthony's in Merrick offers a package for these services. I've never used them for that; however, I have eaten there and the food is excellent!

Are you looking for someone to just BBQ your food on your BBQ? Or are you looking for someone to provide the food and BBQ it?

I think Guy Anthony's in Merrick offers a package for these services. I've never used them for that; however, I have eaten there and the food is excellent!
We used Guy Anthony's for our EParty a few years back. They did an amazing job! We got the package that has lamb and grilled chicken breasts--- so yummy!!!
But as a PP said - are you looking for someone to come in and just work your grill or come in a cater a whole BBQ party?

My friend hires a guy to BBQ on her grill and a waitress from D'Alessandro's every year for her daughters bday party... they do a great job!

yes, they do.
My step sister used them and had the grill for her engagement party.. delicious!
