If you take baby asprin...
I am expecting AF and normally with cramps I take aleve. This is my first month I am taking a baby asprin once a day.
Can I mix them and take aleve if I need to? Also as a general rule what about tylenol, advil...what if I have a headache or fever, can I take these along with the baby asprin?

Yes, totally fine.
The only thing maybe make sure you have something in your stomach in case it gets a little upset. Otherwise, perfectly safe!

i take a baby aspirin 1xday too and when AF comes i load up on advil! it's only for a few days and i honestly can't handle the cramps without the advil :)

Yes that's exactly how I feel! I know some meds aren't great to mix and this am it dawned on me.
