I am CONVINCED that we conceived the night I used it. I also had some EWCM but I threw a bit of preseed in the mix and BAM! BFP

Hope it works! 
We used it and we did get a BFP, although I have no idea if it helped at all. I just know how grateful I was to have a lube that was safe while ttc.
My advice - Do NOT use the recommended amount. You only need a fraction of what they suggest. The recommended amount could actually be considered unpleasant (IMO).

It's a lube that is sperm friendly. Other lubricants like KY can be harmful to spermies.

it also says it's supposed to mimic our own CM and help the sperm get to the egg.

haha it's a slip n' slide if you use the recommended amount!!!
ETA: I'm curious to know WHO IN THE WORLD is using that recommended amount???????????????????
