Ring the doorbell of a house you saw online for sale? I just had this happen to me today. Sooooo random!

Re: Would you ever....
no, to ask what? If it's FSBO, then yes, but by a realtor, no, I would call the realtor. What did they ask?

Re: Would you ever....
I would never, but it did happen to us. Well techinically she didn't ring a bell but she got out of her car with a child about 3 yrs and started walking up our driveway. I went out to ask her who she was and if I could help her with something. Turns out she saw our house on line and wanted some information.

Re: Would you ever....
They said they saw it online and wanted to give me their info. They are hoping to buy without agents involved. I think they were hoping for a showing.
They live OOS and are moving back to be near their kids. So they have a house to sell still.

Re: Would you ever....
If you are listed with an agent - aren't you not able to do a FSBO?
That is pretty random - and weird!

Re: Would you ever....
I couldn't do a FSBO right now but our contract is up with them in June so I could then if I wanted.
