Hip pain?
A few days ago I started getting hip pain while I sleep. I wake up a few times during the night and found that it seems to happen sometime after the 5th hour. I wake up with mild/sharp/constant pain in both hips. anyone else have this or have any suggestions? I was going to gt a maternity pillow. I've tried sleeping with a pillow between my legs and it didn't help.

Yep, I've had this for a while. Some nights are better than others. The Snoogle pillow helps a little. I have to constantly switch sides because of the pain.

I get this a lot now. I use the snoogle to help combat the pain. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
Unfortunately the only thing that helps is me switching positions when it wakes me up, so it's a lot of sleepless nights.

my hips have really been bothering me and causing me to get a lot less sleep than i should be getting. haven't found anything that works yet. but i feel your pain.

yup i have it too! I dunno why but i cant lay on either side for more than 2 hours otherwise i wake up in agony.

I tend to get that as well and nothing helps.
I try to turn to the other side but eventually that side hurts as well and then both hips hurt.

I am getting the same pain and nothing relieves it - I switch sides when I can't bear the pain and then that side hurts as well.

This happens to me lately. I find that the snoogle does help but I still have to switch sides every so often. If I don't use the snoogle it hurts a lot more.

YES!!! At 37 weeks I wake up every 2 hours with hip pain in the side Im laying on, and I have to roll over...which take some effort
I think its from your joints and ligaments relaxing and stretching to prepare for labor...
I sleep with a regular pillow between my legs, which I think helps, but doesnt stop the pain from happening...
