If you've sold your house, how long
Was it on the market for?
Did you get your asking price? Did you have to lower the listing price at all?

Hmmm... so we're in PA, so it may be different here... but we had it on the market a few times and took it off becuase we weren't ready to move. Before we took it off the market, we had two serious offers.
We put it back on the market, I think, sometime late February. We got an offer in April that we liked and accepted. In all the time we had it listed, we never lowered the price. We ended up settling $18k below asking.

We had an open house today and 1 person came by :( has only been on the market for a week though. Fingers crossed.

Our neighbor (I posted the link on here) sold within a week, for asking, but the bank appraisal came back as $15,000 below asking, so they had to settle for that amount.
