Mother's day?

I was really hoping to have a baby or to at least be pregnant by now, so I noticed I am a little sad about mother's day this year. Not that I will let it bother me enough to be a grouch, but still..it kinda stings a little.

I seriously cannot wait to be able to celebrate it with the rest of the moms!

I hope we're all in that club next year!

Valerie, many yrs. ago, before I had Debi, who will be 37, this month, I desperately wanted to be a Mom. I got pregnant, but did not realize it, so I was housecleaning, and moving heavy things like my piano, and I miscarried. I was so sad, and looking at the other Moms in Church on Mother's Day, made me cry. Then, I got pregnant with Debi, and I thought I was going to lose her too, because I had a lot of bleeding!!! I don't know how I was blessed to have a healthy baby, except I, and probably a lot of people who knew how much I wanted a baby, prayed, and THE LORD answered our prayers!! May THE LORD also answer your heart's desire for a baby, and Blessings on you!!!! Chat Icon Mary

Not at all.

I want a baby and would like it. But my DH and I decided we would NEVER risk us and our relationship over not ebing able to have a baby.

What happens will happen. We would be dissapointed, but its not worth what we have seen some women go through.

being sad about it is not at all the same as risking your relationship. its natural to be sad if youve been trying a while and havent had success. the longer (and harder) you TTC the more intense it gets. you cant really say how you would react until youve gone through it.

We have had a CRAZY road trying to have a baby with several losses.. infertility.. but throughout everything, it has made us even closer Chat Icon

Yes I am because I should be 5 months PG so that just never goes away. I never imagined it wouldn't happen by now. But I'm more sensitive because we lost my grandma a week ago so I'm feeling sad for my mom.
Let's pray that next year we all have our angels here with us! Chat Icon

SO SO sorry for your loss.

Thank you so muchChat Icon We went to the cemetery with my mom and all planted flowers. It turned out to be a nice day and I'm hopeful that she'll help me to become a mom for the next mothers day Chat Icon
