Hi! Can anyone recommend a General Contractor in the Suffolk County/Ronkonkoma area? We are looking to purchase a home there that has just had an inspection done. A few minor things have come up and we are looking to get an estimate from a GC on the costs of repair that way we can determine if the seller will fix them or not. Then, obviously, we'd need the GC to do the work. The problem is I need the estimate right away because the contract is being drawn up now. TIA!!
