Multivitamin vs. Prenatal
Do i have the only doctor that said to just take a good multivitamin while ttc??? Has anyone ever compared ingredients in a good multivitamin vs. a prenatal? Just curious.

I think the main difference is DHA but you can get that as a seperate pill
|

My doc said make sure the vitamin contains folic acid...they gave me samples of prenatals just to make sure they don't make me sick. I just started one a day prenatals which contains the DHA. Thats the main difference I think

My doc said whatever I take to make sure it has at least 400mg of Folic Acid

I take a multvitamin and 2 prenatal gummies a day. My doc said that was good as long as I was taking my folic acid. The prescribed prenatal vitamins constipated me so badly that I had to stop. These gummy prenatal vitals have no iron so they're much easier on my stomach and I do get my iron from the multi
