Can IUI's be done back to back
Hi girls. Just starting to educate myself on this as this will probbably be our next step.

Some doctors do them back to back, and some don't. I see Dr. B, and he regularly does them back to back.

I went to Dr. Hershlag, and they did back-to-back IUIs for me.
I think they would have even done a third if I had wanted? I had never heard of that before and didn't think it was necessary.

I am in the 2WW of a b2b cycle. My RE gave me the option of doing either one day or b2b because I am paying out of pocket. He said it's not NECESSARY to do b2b but I wanted to cover all the bases!

I go there and they do not do B2B. I just had my 3rd IUI this past thursday done by Dr. Trivax. I love him! He is also pretty easy on the eyes

I asked him about B2B iui's when i was a patient of his, and he said if i wanted to do it, he would do it, but he said that  at home the 2nd night would be just fine as well. Since i had to take time off of work for the 1st one, i didn't want to do it a 2nd day in a row, so opted to instead.
I think it all depends on your protocol anyway.. so he would answer the question during your cycle (i.e to see how many follies you have, how you respond to things etc) rather than at an initial consult
he's suuuuuper nice and such a great guy!
