Am I a bad person
Today I found out my cousin (who I no longer speak to b/c our families had a falling out) is pregnant w/twins.
How do I feel about it? Jealous....
I feel like such a terrible person..who have I become?

I had this happen many times in the past several months When I found out my DH's cousin was pregnant, I cried for about an hour.
Remember.. it's not that you don't feel happy for THEM, it's that you feel sooooo sad for YOU!! That doesn't make you a bad person... it just makes you NORMAL!
Your time WILL come!!!!!!!

. This!!!! I so often find myself feeling this way!!! Your time will come, sorry your hurting but I think your feelings are totally normal!!

ahhh today i found out that my cousin and his wife are pg too.
then i realized that out of like 30 of us cousins... i am the ONLY one who doesnt have a baby. even the ones who arent married and are 20 or something like that.
i am 35.

if it makes u feel better i went to my softball game on wed and the wife of our pitcher came in with her little belly..i did my usual smile nod congrats and as i walked away i mumbled under my breath ***k you both
it's natural..you dont mean to feel bad..i am happy for anyone who is pregnant..i really am but every time i see someone who is i am reminded that i am not..so i let myself feel that way for a second..then i say to myself good for them,one day that WILL be me..and it WILL be you too
dont be too hard on yourself..we have all been there and done it

You are not a bad person! I had the same thing happen to me with my cousins wife. And on top of that, she named her baby boy the name I have always wanted, the entire family knew what name I wanted....and she did it anyway!

You are certainly not a bad person! We have all had those feelings. I can't tell you how many times we've found out that a friend or family member is pregnant, and I've burst into tears. I always hate feeling that way, but the feelings are natural. Let yourself feel what you're feeling.

If this makes you a bad person than I think many of us are bad people. You're not alone in feeling this way. We all want it so bad. I found out between 2 weeks that 5 or 6 people I knew were pregnant. I told my husband I would kill myself if he told me of someone else. Well, he did and I am still here. I want so bad to be happy for all of them especially my good friend who also had a complication but it's so hard to be happy sometimes. I felt like it was slap in the face. All of these people are due in the beginning of June. Same time!!! I cant cry about it anymore. I have to be happy on the outside. But on the inside it hurts like he11.
