5 days late and Negative tests!
I have taken 2 tests, 2 days late and 4 days late and both neg..and no signs of AF and I am never more than 1 day late. Do I call the dr Monday?

No..I wasn't ttc so I wasn't watching. I have never been this late except for once and i was pregnant.

If you've been sick or stressed or even traveled this cycle it could have caused you to ovulate later than normal therefore pushing the day AF is due back.

Well, I'm in the same situation and am 7 days late. I got a blood test, so I'm not pregnant. Here's my theory... I don't believe this has anything to do with stress, unless something distressing has actually happened in your life. I know I'm pretty happy, so I'm not stressed at all. Here's my theory..it's a fact that sperm has hormones in it. There have been studies saying the hormones in sperm act as anti-depressants for women. I believe the sperm changes women's hormones, which shifts our periods. Sperm contains steroids, androgens, LH, 7-OH, etc. All these hormones affect a woman's cycle. That's my theory! Either that or it's the folic acid I've been taking, but I doubt it cause I've always eaten a high folic diet.

Right there with you. Not TTC right now either and i know we were very careful this month but then started to doubt myself and tested today at 5 days late and BFN. I am NEVER late.
