swings, jumpers, rock n play! helppp
We have a small 1 bedroom apt currently. We dont want too much clutter. I hear the little lamb and snugabunny swing is amazing, but it's very big! I worry we dont have the room. I saw a smaller version of the little lamb that just vibrates, and isn't a swing.
I also have hear from BTDT moms that the FP rock n play is a lifesaver. I'm leaning towards this...
What is a necessity? What would you recommend? What about bouncers, jumpers, etc?
I want it all...but worry about lack of space.
Is there a need to have both a swing and the rock n play?

It depends....i registered for the rock and play sleeper. I would also register for a swing because you can leave it on and hop in the shower. The rock and play you have to manually rock so you may be better off with just a swing although the rock and play folds up. I would skip the pack and play if you're doing a crib. You can use the rock and play for travel. Definitely a bouncy chair for feedings. The exersaucer my friends registered for is an exersaucer and jumperoo so that may be good.

We have a small one bedroon and just got the Snug a Bunny swing. DH just put it together today. We originally reg for a small one to conserve space but we heard the plug in swings were great and we made room for it. It''s not too bad.

The Rock n Play Sleeper doesn't have any features like a bouncy seat does. It's more for napping / sleeping than keeping the baby entertained. A swing will probably be more useful than a bouncy seat if you're trying to save space. But every baby is different so it's hard to know what your LO will prefer.
A jumperoo was a must for me because every child I have known LOVED jumping around in theirs. But I think that would be used after the baby outgrows the bouncy seat if you choose to get one.

Not at all. In hindsight, I would have never got all full size stuff. Ive been sitting with it in my house taking up space for the last 4 yrs. Thankfully this one will use it. They have the travel swings which do they same exact thing as full size swings. Definitely get one of those instead.
