Shelf Life of Hard-Boiled Eggs
A hard-boiling an egg must be refrigerated within two hours of cooking. Hard-boiled eggs can keep for up to a week in a refrigerator. Peeled hard-boiled eggs stored in the refrigerator must be used within a few days.
Hard-boiled eggs used in Easter egg hunts should be found within two hours. Discard any cracked Easter eggs. Easter eggs found within two hours can be stored like any hard-boiled egg and eaten within a week.
