Just wondering when counting cycle days.
If you get AF at night, do you count that as day 1 or the following day as day 1?

I generally get AF first thing in the am or around 2:00-3:00 am, so i always count that as the 1st cycle day.

I was always told that day 1 is the first day of a full flow. If I get AF later in the day, I count the following day as CD1.

Yep, me too. As long as it is full flow I count it as CD1 even if she arrives at 9pm at night or later..
