bake them for about 20 min then put in the sauce. its just easier then frying!

One of my mom's friends makes meatballs with raisins in them....I HATE raisins
Mine are pretty simple, breadcrumbs, egg, salt/pepper, crushed red pepper, oregano, garlic powder and little parmesan. Sometimes we put spinach in it too esp for DD to get some veggies in.

i usually fry them for a little, not to fully cook them, then throw them in the pot of sauce to finish
