Thank you so much for your warm welcome and all around too.
I did have one question. My AF is late by 5 days but I had some cramping and this morning spotting. I took a test 2 days ago and it was negative. does that mean AF is coming?

Hello! Welcome and good luck!
To answer your question, how is your cycle normally? Pretty dead on? I would wait a day and see if AF really does come and if not, I would test again.

it really depends you might have Ovulated later than normal... if you dont get AF in another 2 days id test again...

Thank you for your responses.
My Af is pretty much dead on, second thursday of every month. The one thing that is different is that my endocrinologist changed my synthroid levels and I called her yesterday to see if a late AF is due to side effects and she said no so she is sending me lab papers for my levels and a pregnancy test has been ordered. I hope AF doesnt show up any time soon
