OBGYN in eastern suffolk
Hey ladies !
My DH and I decided a few weeks ago to stop not tryig to have a baby.
I started myself on prenatal vitamins already...
2 days ago i found out i'm pregnant!!! it wasa shock that it happened so quickly but we are very excited!
the only problem is i do not have an OBGYN on the island... i lived in queens b/f i was married and had an obgyn there...
i would like a doctor that is affiliated with st. charles hospital ...
i already asked my queens gyn and she did not have anyone in my general area..
TIA !!! and i'm so excited to be joining this board!!

Congratulations!!!! I see Dr. David Reavis in Patchogue. I love him. He is not with St. Charles though, he is with Stony Brook. Every other doctor I considered is even further east than that. Good luck!

My sister uses Dreux Patton. he is in Port Jeff and Moriches. Delivers at St. Charles.

Dr. ERhart in Port JEfferson STation. He is amazing....can't say enough wonderful things about him and his entire office. He has one other doc, Dr. Tufano, and she is just as wonderful as he is. I HIGHLY recommend them. They're affiliated w/St. Charles only

I use Dr. Ninia. I can't say enough good things about him! He even cut his vacation short when he found out I had my twins at 30 weeks! His office is on 347 in Port Jeff and he uses St. Charles. He's actually one of the head people there for gynecology and/or maternity (Not sure of his title but you'll see his pic on the wall!  )

Suffolk OBGYN is a large group with offices in Patchogue and Port Jeff...I've been going there for years, and continued throughout this pregnancy and I have no complaints.
Just toured St. Charles today and loved it...the labor/delivery rooms are really nice and have a homey feel!

DR. Ninia is AWESOME! I love love love him!!!! He delivered my first son... I can't see him anymore because he doesnt take our insurance but his entire staff is amazing... Now I use Suffolk OBGYN and although I would still love to go to Dr. Ninia I have no complaints with them.
I would first recommend Dr. Ninia!

I see Dr. Porte of StonyBrook OB/GYN in E. Setauket. He delivered DS#1 and will be delivering this DC  All the Dr.'s in the practice are wonderful but my favs are Dr. Porte and Dr. O'Keefe.
They also have offices in Rocky Point and Sayville.

Dr. Ninia was my OB for my first daughter and I loved his office. I love the NP and the PA there. They were awesome.
With my 2nd DD I had to change Drs because my insurance changed. I used Dr. Makowski. I liked his office, but when it came time to do my c-section he had Dr. San Roman come in and do it. Dr. San Roman was awesome and his office did the post-op follow ups for me and they were all very nice.

Me too, I love them. Dr. White is my main dr. and did my c-section with Michelle. They both hugged and kissed me after the baby was out and they were finished - and I was still lying on the table being cleaned up, I thought that was just so sweet. I had my first c-sec with a different dr. and they gossiped about other doctors after the c-section instead of congratulating me, and then rushed out as quickly as possible. I am SO, SO happy I switched to this office during my last pregnancy.
I only met Dr. San Roman once - when I went in for my BPP and there were major issues, he came in and talked to me and was really great.
