Those who temp...can you tell
Can you tell when you have Od just by the temp spike or do you wait until it stays above the coverline to be sure?
I ask bc I havent detected a surge on an OPK yet, and I usually have by now. My temp went up .3 today, to the highest its ever been. Im just curious if that means I O'd or if it needs to stay above the coverline to confirm?
How many days above the CL confirm an O, is there a rule? Just wondering also when you stop  then?

I think it is supposed to be 3 temps above the coverline to confirm O
