Those taking EPO.....
how many mgs are you taking and have you noticed a difference?
Im taking 1300mg, with 2 cups of green tea a day and my EWCM started today and honestly, I dont notice a difference at all.
What did you find?

Absolutely! However, it varies month to month. One month I will have major EWCM and other months very little but def. more than if I didnt take Evening Primerose at all. I try to take 3000mg a day but honestly its hard for me to take a capsule three times a day. I normally only take it twice a day, so, 2000mg

hmmmm, maybe Im not taking enough then? Lucky for me, I work for a nutritional supplement company....so maybe tomorrow Ill order a higher dose.
