I'm sure that your numbers are great and that's why they are waiting a week for more blood work. You may see something on the sono, but it might be a bit early.
I totally understand about being nervous and just wanting to fast forward until you feel like you can finally breathe. I think for all of us here it's perfectly normal. That mix of excitement and nerves.

btw..if you are 18DPO today it means you will be 5 weeks on Friday...next week you will be close to 6 weeks so you will def see something on the sono!!
