Is it standard that you get AF two weeks after O?

Now I'm realizing something .... I got peak fertility on the monitor cd 15 and 16 then it went back to just high fertility cd 17, now I was due for AF yesterday BUT let's say I o'd cd 16 two weeks from then would be today, so technically if I do get it today I wouldn't be late right? I'm probably confusing everybody but Ive been obsessing over this

well it depends on your luteal phase. in an ideal 28 day cycle you would get AF 14 days after O, but most ppl range from 10-16 days from O to Af.

Your luteal phase is usually about 10-14 days. I think some women have slightly longer phases as well.

If AF is due today and you get it today then no, its not late.

generally there is supposed to be 14 days between O day and AF... it really varies though... some people only have 10 days some have 14 some have 16...

you need to track how many days between your peak (when you ovulate) and when AF comes for a few cycles. it's not the same for everyone (between 10-16 days is average), but it shouldn't vary by more than a day for each person (unless you are taking something specifically to lengthen it). mine was always 12 days. when i started pre-natal vitamins, it jumped to 13 and it's always 13 days from ovulation to AF.
