I had such a vivid dream last night....
That I tested positive and got a BFP. When I woke up, I had to stop a minute and think, then realizing it was just a dream.  I don't know if I can put too much faith in the dream since I tested with a blue dye test and I have read some not so great things about them here. Even my dreams mess with me.

Aw, I hate dreams like that because you actually wake up in the moment then realize it was all a dream  Hopfully that is a sign though. How many DPO are you?

both cycles that i got BFPs i had very early dreams about getting BFPs. in most of my BFN cycles i had dreams about getting AF. this cycle when i got my BFP i dreamed a few days after my IVF transfer that the HPT had 3 lines for positive 
even with my experiences i would never say trust a dream, although i wouldnt worry too much about the blue dye test being in the dream!
