I mean in terms of quality sperm and mobility.

Thats a tough one. If your DH has no sperm problems then every day is perfectly fine but if he does then every other day is best.

every other day is better for sperm issues. normally every day during fertile time is best though.
I prefer earlier in the day to get it in early. ya know?

if u have no sperm issues and know when u r fertile..i would go like crazy durig fertile times..all other times is a waste imo
if u have no idea when u o then i would go every other day
