bloodwork results- what do you think?
i got my cd#3 blood work back and here are my numbers:
TSH 1.06 Luteinizing hormone 11.2 FSH 13.6 Estradiol 44.9 Prolactin 3.1 Testosterone 57.4 DHEA 249
Now the ob said all my numbers were normal.
however isn't my FSH high?
do these numbers look okay? The ob (this wasn't my normal one) mentioned me going on clomid because it doesn't appear i'm ovulating.
Granted i see the fertility doctor tomorrow so i'm very curious what he has to say about these numbers.

Re: bloodwork results- what do you think?
your LH and FSH look abnormal to me for CD3. your FSH is def on the higher side - how old are you?
normal LH on day 3 tends to be under 7. generally high LH is a sign of PCOS, BUT its usually accompanied by a low FSH so the ratio for PCOS tends to be 3:1 LH:FSH which is clearly not true for you.
here is a good site to look at for reference for hormone levels
i am very surprised your OB said that's normal. i would DEF 100000% get a second opinion from a fertility dr. i also agree with the PP, pllllllleaaaase dont do clomid with an OB, make sure you are being monitored by a fertility doctor. its very important to know if clomid is effective or if you are just wasting your time with it.
good luck!!

Yes i agree that those numbers aren't normal. It wasn't my normal OB that called me with the results so i was definitely glad to get them faxed to me to look into it myself.
I'm 31.
And yes you are right. A good friend said to make the fertility appointment no matter what because i should be monitored on clomid. So i have that covered.
