its possible, could be something, could be nothing.
Honestly, I cramp WAY more than I ever noticed now that I pick up on every little thing in the 2WW.
It happens almost every month, throughout the month, and I just never noticed.
Good luck though, I hope its a good sign for you!!!

i had cramping and a little bit of brown spotting at 5 and 6 dpo. got my bfp on 12dpo!

This is true for me too. I always thought I was in touch with my body, but as it turns out I wasn't paying very close attention AT ALL.

I couldn't have said this better myself! 
Honestly.. coming from someone who has been at this for a while and currently in an IVF cycle, I will say that I felt weird feelings after my egg retrieval that in past cycles I would link to pregnancy. Umm... I HAD NO EGGS IN ME! It was impossible!!!!!! So it just goes to show, sometimes a cramp is just a cramp!  There's only one way to tell for sure! Good luck!!!!
