Accepted Offer
If we verbally accept an offer on our co-op--is that legally binding?
DH and I accepted an offer 2 weeks ago, but now we have a couple that wants to look at the apt. If they offer us more, what can we do??
We are FSBO--no agent on our side.

Re: Accepted Offer
Unless you have a signed contract, no, not IMO..
I would let the other couple see it and see what happens.
You can have more than 1 offer done made.. if this new couple likes it and puts in an offer, then they can serve as a back-up in case the other one falls through. kwim?

Nothing is official until contracts are signed! Good luck!

Re: Accepted Offer
Did the other couple do an inspection yet? Do they have a preapproval? You are not obligated to take the first offer. Since you accepted you should at least give them the option to match a higher offer if you should get one.
