lovenox ladies..
if u have been on longer than 3 months has it always been covered by ur insurance?
i am starting tomorrow and whilei was so grateful GHI covered the bill she said i only have it for 3 months then i have to pay and every month it is 971 bucks

I just started taking it but, mine is covered as long as I have a medical reason. "Luckily" I have factor v leiden. Are you taking the generic or the Brand? Maybe the generic will be covered for longer than 3 Months? Good luck

ive been on it on and off since July 2010 and on it straight since my IVF cycle in early October. i just pay a $30 copay everytime i need a refill. i have UHC.
ETA - i was getting brand name for a while and then Freedom started sending generic and ive gotten generic ever since.

With my insurance it was covered for 3 months at a local pharmacy. After the 3 months I had to use a mail away pharmacy as it was considered a "long term medication"
